Vallier & Cie

Founded in Zürich, 1892

Vallier & Cie is not a watchmaker. It is a private institution — a house of time, ceremony, and belonging. Since 1892, we have created one-of-a-kind timepieces that are not sold but adjudicated.

WATCH

The Lineage

The house was founded in Zürich by Étienne Vallier, a banker’s son with no interest in commerce. He believed that time was not to be traded but entrusted — and that certain objects should bear no price, only a signature.

To be KNOWN
by TIME itself.

Every Vallier bears a visible signature.
Not as decoration. As declaration.

A Vallier is not anonymous. It is signed, because it has been judged worthy of permanence. The signature appears discreetly — often at the six o’clock mark, or engraved inside the case, or written into the movement itself.

For Those

Who Already Belong to Time

The piece you receive will not be available anywhere else. It will not appear at auction. It will not be replicated. It will not be recognised unless the person looking truly understands what they are seeing.
What It Means

To Be Adjudicated

To be adjudicated is not to be approved. It is not to be selected.

It is to be known.
